:Chase Manhattan Bank Sucks

Well, the tradition of sucky service continues with Chase Home Loans. Once you get put on autopay (automatic deduction from checking account)you no longer receive statements regarding your account.

AND because they sort of misrepresented how the loan payoff would work, if I continue to do the autopay thing for the term of my loan, I will have a balance due of 50% of the original loan.

I have called and called trying to get statements, tried to change my monthly autopay amount, etc., etc. to no avail.

It is quite obvious that they just want me to keep paying the minimum payment. This means MUCH more money for them. DON"T USE CHASE HOME LOANS!!
