Be aware of processing a new loan with Chase! We were scammed into believing that everything was okay and preapproved! Little did we know that our loan officer never even processed the loan! HUD is now involved in Atlanta, GA and very mad at what has transpired since Chase Manhattan recently bought an existing mortgage company here within the last month!

Beware and Be Safe!!! We lost our HUD house due to a "shady" loan officer and real estate agent!!! Especially, people of metro Atlanta beware.
