I was forced to use Chase for an Auto loan.
One problem with Chase is that they use non-native English speaking people, that do not understand American English or can speak Americian English. When I am talking about money I want to know exactly what the terms of the loan are going to be.
Another problem is that the front desk people do not know anything about exact terms of the loan. I am told by a supervisor that the people that set up the loan application are not trained to know those things.
Other loan companies's application personnel do know exactly what the terms of the contract are at the time of application.
When I borrow money, I need to know the exact terms of the loan. I tried to do business with Chase Financial three different times.
Poor English + poor information = no bussiness with Chase.
